2) INTEGRATION AND INSTALLATION

After the on-site inspection, our specialists will design a system to fit your needs. And we know better than anybody that crime won’t wait - we want to get your system up and running as soon as possible.

Once our design team has completed its work, our installation team will arrive to build the system, with a minimum disruption to your life or work.

3) OPERATION

Once your system is installed and operational, our #1 concern is maintaining your security 24/7. The partnership continues here. Our installation specialists will not leave the premises until you and your family, or you and your staff feel comfortable operating your system. And even when you have questions, we are always available.

You are always connected through a UL Certified ® & New York City Fire Department approved Central Station, which is constantly monitors for fire, burglary, hold-up, medical emergency and environmental conditions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4) CUSTOMER SERVICE

If a problem should develop with a component of your system, you can count on us to be speedy and diligent in fixing it. Central Station is available 24/7 to handle any emergency, and our daytime support staff has its own vehicle fleet to react promptly to your needs.
